A CoR 9.1 is a CIPC form to Appy to Reserve a Name
This form is issued in terms of section 11 and 12 of the Companies Act, 2008 and Regulations 8 and 9 of the Companies Regulations, 2011, which set out the requirements for allowable names

You may list up to 4 alternative names, which will be considered for reservation in the listed order. Only one name will be reserved.
If the application is a juristic person, please attach separate sheet providing contact details of the person authorized to discuss the application.
A fee of R50 for the name listed must accompany this application if the application is submitted electronically; or R75 for the names, in any other case.
Every word of the proposed name must be expressed using the alphabet that is commonly used for writing in an official language of the Republic, and any number, other than a date, must be expressed in words, or Roman or Arabic numerals.
A proposed name is not reserved for use until the Commission has issued a Confirmation Notice in Form CoR 9.4.
