The extension of the name should be made one month prior to the expiry date. Once the reserved name has expired it cannot be extended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cfo360.co.za\/getstarted\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/icons8-documents-50.png\" alt=\"documents\" class=\"wp-image-465\" width=\"113\" height=\"112\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"email\">Register via email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will need the following documents to complete the public company registration process via email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cipc.co.za\/cipc\/index.php\/download_file\/view\/153\/516\/516\/\">CoR14.1<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cipc.co.za\/index.php\/download_file\/view\/154\/516\/516\/\">CoR14.1A<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cipc.co.za\/index.php\/download_file\/view\/157\/516\/516\/\">CoR14.1 Annexure D.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cipc.co.za\/index.php\/download_file\/view\/161\/516\/516\/\">CoR15.1B<\/a> or you can create your own public company memorandum of incorporation. It is recommended to seek professional legal services when setting up the memorandum of incorporation<\/li><li>In the case of ring-fencing (when you limit the business activities of what the public company can do, you will need to ring-fence provisions of the MOI) you will need to submit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cipc.co.za\/index.php\/download_file\/view\/156\/516\/516\/\">CoR14.1C.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once all the documents have been signed and the information has been given in the spaces provided, scan and email the finished documents to <a href=\"mailto:companydocs@cipc.co.za\">companydocs@cipc.co.za<\/a>. <br>Please note that the following documents should be attached to the email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The confirmation of name reservation (see our easy to follow guide <em><a href=\"#name\">here<\/a><\/em>) <\/li><li>Certified copy of applicant, directors and incorporators<\/li><li>Power of attorney <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cfo360.co.za\/getstarted\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/icons8-coin-r-80.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-463\" width=\"122\" height=\"122\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"funds\">Registration funds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A deposit of R425 is required for the public company registration process without a name reservation or R475 with a name reservation.
