Feel free to jump to any section that interest you.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NPC Registration Requirements<\/li><li><a href=\"#registration-form\">NPC Registration Form<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Registration-process\">NPC Online Registration Process<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Registration-fee\">NPC Registration Fee<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NPC Registration Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The income and property of a non-profit corporation are not distributable to its incorporators, members, directors, officers, or anyone related to any of them, and must be utilized to further the purpose for which it was formed, as stated in its Memorandum of Incorporation. A non-profit organization must have at least three incorporators and three directors, and it can be registered with or without members. It is not necessary for a non-profit organization to have members. Members of a non-profit organization are those who participate in the non-profit organization&#8217;s operations, such as members of a church or a pension fund.
