In the event that you have a temporary identification document, you can provide your driver&#8217;s license, passport or asylum seeker&#8217;s permit with your original identification document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><li><strong>Proof of Adress:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are providing to required documents, please note that the taxpayer&#8217;s name is clearly visible on the proof of business or physical address. The following should be shown clearly when provided: Your legal name, the account type and number, branch code and the date when the account was opened, the above information should not be older than 30 days.
