{"id":1055,"date":"2022-04-14T12:09:03","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T12:09:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cfo360.co.za\/getstarted\/?p=1055"},"modified":"2022-05-10T13:15:03","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T13:15:03","slug":"cipc-cor14-1-form-notice-of-incorporation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfo360.co.za\/getstarted\/cipc-cor14-1-form-notice-of-incorporation\/","title":{"rendered":"CIPC Cor 14.1 Form &#8211; Notice of Incorporation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a CoR 14.1?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A CoR 14.1 is a CIPC form to give notice of incorporation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This form is issued in terms of section 13 of the Companies Act, 2008, and Regulation 14 of the Companies Regulations, 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CoR 14.1 form Instructions from CIPC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A profit company may be incorporated by an organ of state, or by one or more persons.
